What we collect

Only what you give us. When you request a table or enquire about an event, that is your name, phone number, the date and time you want, how many people are coming, and optionally your email, a preferred section and a note about the occasion.

Browsing the site collects nothing. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising technology on any page.

Why we need it

To answer you. A host uses your name and number to call back and confirm what is available; the date, time and party size are what they check against.

Where it goes

Into the KYMA reservation system, where our team sees it. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing, and it is not passed to anyone outside KYMA and the people who run that system for us.

What loads when you visit

Fonts are served from our own servers. The site’s text, event listings and images are delivered by Sanity, the content system we edit the site in; like any web server it sees your IP address when it serves them, but it sets no cookies and does not track you. Visiting a page does not make a request to Google, Meta or any advertising network.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and LYA are ordinary links — nothing is sent to them until you choose to follow one, and from that point their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to handle your booking and keep our own records of it. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@kymabeachlagos.com and we will deal with it.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a visit. We do not knowingly collect anything from under-18s.

Changes

If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
