Short version: this site tells you about KYMA and lets you request a booking. A request is not a confirmation until we confirm it.

Bookings are requests
Sending a table request or an event enquiry does not reserve anything. A booking exists once a member of our team confirms it with you directly. Until then nothing is held.
Entry
Entry is subject to capacity, the dress code, the age policy and our house rules — all of which are on the Visit page. We may refuse entry.
Dress code: Smart beach chic. Swimwear by day; no singlets or slippers after 7pm.
Events can change
Line-ups, timings and programming are announced in good faith and can change or be cancelled — weather on an open beach being the obvious reason. Where an event is ticketed, the ticket seller’s terms cover refunds.
Prices
Entry, cabanas, tables and events are quoted when you enquire, because they depend on the day. Nothing on this site is a price offer.
Our content
The KYMA name, the trident mark, the wave pattern, the photography and the writing on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.
Links out
We link to LYA, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. Those are not ours and we are not responsible for what happens on them.
Accuracy
We keep this site as current as we can, but hours, programming and details do change. If something matters to your plans, message us and check.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
